NETSUITE SHIPPING MADE EASY
You can get started with NetSuite and Shiptheory by creating a free Shiptheory account. Once you've created your account, you'll be prompted to add your channel. Connecting your NetSuite account to Shiptheory requires you to retrieve your store credentials from your NetSuite account. Once you've got them, hit connect and you're good to go.
AUTOMATED SHIPPING RULES
Set up shipping rules to determine which shipping labels are generated for your NetSuite orders. The Shiptheory shipping rules engine enables you to create as many custom rules as you need for your NetSuite orders. Shiptheory can fit seamlessly in with you current shipping process, serving as the middle man between you and your carriers.
Shiptheory makes shipping easy by connecting you to 50+ reliable local and international carriers, including Royal Mail, USPS, DPD, and FedEx, with a range of options for each carrier. Use shipping rules to easily book in shipments with different carriers on an order by order basis.
ADVANCED NETSUITE SHIPPING SETTINGS
Advanced settings give you even more flexibility over your NetSuite operation, such as giving you the ability to create order fulfilment off the back of a sale. Use the item fulfilment status to control which status you would like your item fulfilments to be created as.
If you're downloading item fulfilments instead of sales orders into Shiptheory, then this setting will control what status your downloaded item fulfilment will be updated to in NetSuite. Head to our docs to find out more about how to set up your item fulfilment settings.
SEND TRACKING DETAILS BACK TO NETSUITE
Customers can become impatient if they don't receive tracking details for their order shortly after purchase, and manually fetching shipment details is a boring, manual task. Shiptheory can return a tracking number and a tracking link to NetSuite via item fulfilment Custom fields, making it easier to keep your customers satisfied and regularly updated.

Can I print integrated labels for my NetSuite orders?
Yes you can! Shiptheory allows you to automatically print shipping labels and customer invoices on a single sheet of paper. Can I use more than one delivery carrier with NetSuite?

Yes, you can - you can download labels as a PDF if needed. We're all about automation, but recognize that you might need to do things manually every now and again. Likewise, you can rebook shipments manually from your Shiptheory dashboard too if you'd like to change carrier!
